Wealth Bridge Services
Over four decades of working with affluent families, we’ve determined that there are 12 crucial areas that they need covered to successfully arrive at their financial sanctuary.
In response to those needs, our team developed over 55 different services that allow our advisors to become the first point of contact for our clients on any matter and act as their personal CFO.
Direct Service Pillars
The core of our value proposition, our direct services represent the in-house expertise we’ve developed to gain a deep understanding of eight of the 12 wealth pillars of your Wealth Bridge. Each of our advisors focus on different specialties to ensure that they are staying up to date on changes to these complex topics.
Investment Risk Management
Risk tolerance is not as simple as matching up your age with your investment strategy.

Education Planning
We’ll not only help you determine how much to save for college but how to do so tax-efficiently and what to do if you have education funds leftover.
Retirement Planning
Utilizing technology and a variety of different experts is the best way to tackle Medicare, Social Security, and when you can retire.
Charitable Planning
Our firm helps you to utilize strategies that both help you give to charities and give to them in a tax-efficient manner.
Full Plan Organization
We often see that even those who put together all the pieces of their plan still have these lingering questions.
Take Advantage of Our Liasion Services
Our liaison services are a recognition that one firm cannot be an expert in everything. However, we’ve developed a deep professional bench of accountants, attorneys, insurance brokers, and IT specialists as referral sources to help cover our clients’ needs. Our advisors proactively coordinate with these professionals and can join clients in those meetings to help cover the remaining 4 pillars of their Wealth Bridge.
Tax Planning
We proactively provide your accountant with items they need for tax preparation but more importantly, use technology to help enhance your tax planning.
Cybersecurity
You’ve spent a lifetime building your wealth, but in today’s world protecting that wealth has become equally important.
Estate Planning
We work closely with attorneys before your death to properly title your assets and after your death to transfer those assets efficiently to your family.
Insurance
We work with the insurance experts in our professional network to cover the entire spectrum of your insurance needs.
Personalized service for every step of your financial journey
Each client has a designated advisor and client service associate (CSA) that they can coordinate with for any of their needs. However, our firm works as a team and clients can reach out to any of our staff if their advisor is unavailable.
Clients can also view several elements of their financial plan through our Black Diamond portal. We encourage our clients to access this portal in order to view their investments, retirement projections, and risk analysis whenever and wherever.
Finally, clients will sit down with their advisor to review their plan at the pace that works best for them. Our firm has also embraced podcasting, blogging, and video in recent years to enhance client education and provide better advice at scale.
Differentiation through Problem Solving
We’ve differentiated our client experience by addressing the following problems HNW families had with their former advisor:
- Clients felt like they were being sold products rather than given solution-driven advice.
- Their advisor focused on a single area of expertise (e.g. investment management) and neglected to assist with things like their tax plan, estate plan, and insurance plan.
- Their advisor was not being proactive with their other professionals and they felt like the middleman between their advisor and their account/attorney/banker.
- Their advisor did not engage their children and help their client to make decisions on a family level, as opposed to an individual one.
Schedule A Meeting
Schedule a meeting with our advisors by using our Second Opinion Service, our advisors’ Calendly links, or simply call our office main line.
Meet With Your Advisor
Meet with your designated advisor virtually or in-person to get to know each other and the rest of your family. Many times, a follow-up meeting will be beneficial so you know the value that will be provided before you become a client of the firm.
Complete Our Onboarding Process
Assuming you and the advisor see the potential for a long-term relationship, our staff will guide you through our onboarding process to set up accounts with our custodian and join our portfolio monitoring system, Black Diamond.
