For the past several years, most of us have been frustrated by the amount of interest we have been able to earn on our cash.  However, the recent rise in interest rates has opened the door for individuals to get more attractive rates through a variety of different products.  These products may include:

  • Money Market Accounts
  • CDs
  • Money Market Mutual Funds
  • Treasury Bills
  • I Bonds (only available for purchase directly through the Treasury)
